New Traits

Warren Sensitivity (8 BP)

Individuals that have warren sensitivity can naturally sense when a caster has his warren open and pinpoint the direction and range within line of sight. If the open warren is not within sight but is withing three hundred feet the sensitive only knows that a warren has been opened. Additionally by studying the open warren the sensitive can tell what warren is open and what the casters mastery of that warren is in a general sense. A Warren Sensitive character may also attempt to detect the warrens at a casters disposal even if the caster does not have his warren open by making an opposed check against the caster. The sensitive’s roll can be modified by relevant attribute he may select either Intelligence or Wisdom. The caster may add his respective warren mastery and his respective attribute bonus for the attribute the sensitive selected.

+5 for relevant attribute 19-20
+4 for relevant attribute 17-18
+3 for relevant attribute 15-16
+2 for relevant attribute 13-14
+1 for relevant attribute 11-12
+0 for relevant attribute 10
-1 per 1 below 10 of relevant attribute.

Extra Spell (6 BP)

A caster may select an additional spell to add to his repertoire. This spell may not be of a higher level than the casters level and the caster must have access to the spell. A caster may purchase this trait multiple times selecting a new spell each time.

Patron – Non Caster (7 BP)

A non-caster character may select a patron and garner some benefit in the form of bonus skills and proficiencies and the occasional granted power. In all cases it will allow the character to invoke his patron in times of need. The beneficial effects of spells cast on the character by casters devoted to the same patron will be increased. The benefits granted by a specific patron are unique to that patron. Your GM will have rules for this. You may only have a single patron at any one time. Patrons frown on followers that leave the fold.

A character may select a deity, a demon, or an ascended power to follow, or working with the GM create a patron to follow.

Patron – Caster (15 BP)

Patronage for a caster means a great deal more than to a non-caster. Patrons gift followers with additional spells, granted powers, and abilities as well as skills and proficiencies. The granted powers are unique to the specific patron. See patron rules and example in the Caster Class section for more rules.
